Our IT Support Role
  • You will provide first-line technical assistance to employees, diagnosing and resolving IT issues related to computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
  • You will install, configure, and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows operating systems, peripherals, and common office software.
  • You will monitor and maintain network connections, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
  • You will maintain, upgrade, and manage SaaS tools for our company.
  • You will track and manage system/application access, ensuring permissions are updated for new hires and departures.
  • You will reformat laptops, set up workstations, and prepare hardware for new starters or upgrades.
  • You will keep accurate documentation of IT tasks, issue resolutions, asset inventories, and software licenses.
  • You will stay updated on new technologies and suggest improvements to enhance our IT operations.
Your Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
  • You must have knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • You should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
