Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operational group, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of brand sampling and operational programs from planning to completion.

  • This includes participating in campaign kickoff meetings, developing campaign timelines, managing timelines and deliverables throughout the duration of campaigns, and tracking recruitment progress against goals.
  • You will also oversee sample shipments and delivery to fulfillment partners, manage creative deliverable process, and develop packing instructions for compliance and tracking shipments to venues.
  • In addition, you will implement feedback surveys in survey platforms, provide status updates on program metrics, photos, and consumer insights, and compile program results and build campaign recap decks.
Competencies and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 3–5+ years of experience in project or program management, with proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp. They should also have experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools and be confident with Excel, including formulas and structured worksheets.

  • Additionally, they must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex timelines, as well as effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to proactively anticipate issues and solve them independently, is also essential.
  • The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
