Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Manager to oversee the resolution and documentation of issues, bugs, and SEVs across all projects. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management skills, collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Standardize performance management systems, including timely feedback and coaching.
  • Manage the internal and external knowledge base (FAQs, Operations Manual), collaborating with frontline teams.
  • Track bugs, SEVs, and issues across projects, ensuring their documentation and remediation are complete.
  • Monitor task management for best practices, coach teams on new initiatives, and standardize metrics dashboards.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Data analysis proficiency, including Excel and basic SQL.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
