Learning Experience Design Position

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learner-centered training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality learning experiences that engage learners and drive results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation techniques. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will need to possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
