Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing instructional content that aligns with our business objectives. This includes conducting needs analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating curriculum maps, learning paths, and modular structures.

  • Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines that guide content development.
  • Develop engaging and interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments.
  • Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) to build digital content.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience in instructional design, content development, and project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Any course or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Instructional Design experience or Content Development experience.
  • 1+ years of Storyboarding and Training & Facilitation for SOP's, E-learning courses, Videos & Job aids, Storyline 360 or Rise 360.

A strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to work independently is also required.
