  3. Platform Data Consolidator : Gather and consolidate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot">
  4. Insights Communicator : Present performance metrics in a clear, digestible format that enables clients to understand campaign results at a glance">
  5. Data Accuracy Champion : Double-check all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission">
  6. Template Manager : Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting">
  7. Process Improver : Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process for faster delivery without sacrificing quality">
  8. Internal Collaborator : Work closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations">

Requirements:

  • Marketing Reporting Specialist : 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role">
  • Platform Pro : Proficient in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot">
  • Detail-Oriented : Highly organized with strong attention to detail to ensure clean, professional reports">
  • Client Communicator : Able to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery">
  • Tools Familiar : Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus">
  • Deadline-Driven : Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines">
