We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to drive business insights and inform operational decisions.

Job Description
  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R.
  • Develop actionable business recommendations through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design experiments and statistical tests to uncover drivers of performance.
  2. Build dashboards, reports, and automated monitoring systems.
  3. IDentify and highlight potential biases in labeling data.
  4. Collaborate with program managers to translate findings into client-facing insights.
  5. Conduct applied analytics using Python, SQL, and statistical modeling.
  6. Manage and explore large datasets ranging from structured spreadsheets to larger-scale rater outputs.
  7. Drive process improvements and automation, surfacing insights that reduce variability and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • Applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design.
  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence/visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Sisense.
  • Excellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Preferred Skills
  • SQL: Highly proficient in using SQL to query, manipulate, and manage data within relational databases.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical concepts (probability, regression analysis, hypothesis testing).
  • Database and Data Warehousing: Knowledge of database systems and concepts like data warehousing and ETL processes.
