Business Intelligence Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Your primary focus will be on working with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, design and implement data visualizations, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are desirable but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
