Data Insight Specialist Role

This position involves working closely with the investment team to convert data into actionable insights.

The successful candidate will analyze startup ecosystems, build dashboards, and streamline reporting to help identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing startup databases and financial metrics to uncover early-stage investment opportunities.
  • Tracking industry trends, deal activity, and portfolio performance.
  • Supporting research efforts for new markets, sectors, and technologies.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market developments.
  • Maintaining and improving internal databases of companies, contacts, and industry benchmarks.
  • Automating routine data tasks using Excel, SQL, or lightweight scripting.
  • Assisting in preparing reports, visuals, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting due diligence processes with data summaries and benchmarking.
  • Collaborating with associates and partners to deliver data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools such as Python, R, and SQL. This is a full-time, long-term role that offers opportunities for growth and advancement in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
