About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the responsibility of leading our team. As a Team Captain, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team and serving as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent.

Working closely with the Client Experience Manager and the People Manager, you will identify growth and development opportunities for team members and provide coaching to help them achieve their full potential. You will also monitor attendance and punctuality and escalate any issues to the HR department as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and training to help team members develop new skills and overcome challenges.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact team performance or morale.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You should also be able to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the company's goals and objectives.

You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience managing teams and driving business growth. You will also be familiar with CRM systems, presentation software, and cloud-based applications.
