We are seeking a Tax Professional who will lead and oversee our tax team, ensuring high-quality service to clients while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

This candidate will be an active member of a diverse and inclusive team and a leader who champions both technical excellence and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines.

The role requires proficiency with tax preparation software and strong technical tax knowledge across entity types.

Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding complex issues and deliverables.

Manage system applications and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns using specialized software
  • Review and prepare tax returns for clients
  • Provide tax planning insights and recommendations to clients
  • Manage workload to align with billable expectations
  • Supervise and train tax accountants
  • Identify and resolve technical tax issues

Qualifications/Experience:

  • CPA license required
  • Master of Taxation required
  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel and Word)
