Business Development Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Outreach Specialist to help businesses provide outplacement services to employees undergoing job transitions by connecting them with career resources.

This role involves contacting warm leads via phone and email to set meetings, tracking all activities and managing the pipeline using CRM tools, partnering with account executives for effective lead handoff, following up consistently to maximize conversion rates, and providing feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact warm leads via phone and email to set meetings and discuss business opportunities.
  • Track all activities and manage your pipeline using CRM tools and good organizational habits.
  • Partner with account executives to ensure effective lead handoff and successful sales outcomes.
  • Follow up consistently with potential clients to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales goals.
  • Provide regular feedback to management to improve outreach strategies and increase sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or appointment setting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and good organizational habits, including attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, empathetic, and professional demeanor, with a passion for helping employees transition to new careers.
  • Interest in HR, career services, or employee support programs is a plus, but not required.
