Key Roles:

A challenging opportunity is available for a highly skilled professional to take on a leadership position within our Global Delivery Center (GDC).

This role requires strong communication skills, as you will collaborate with GDC Leadership, Operations, and Resource Management to optimize project staffing, maintain delivery team utilization, and drive growth.

  • Assign project resources to client engagements and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
  • Oversee concurrent client projects while identifying risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Provide clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities, and career development plans by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
Required Expertise:
  • 5+ years demonstrated client relationship skills and experience setting and managing client expectations.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, with ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
  • Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
  • Deep knowledge in internal stakeholder management, people management, and software project Delivery.
  • Ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs, managing up to 20 people and guiding their career development.
