Job Overview

This role encompasses the leadership and operational management of a cross-functional team responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of digital assets.

As the Digital Operations Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and productivity. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate seamless collaboration with team members and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years of experience managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
