Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the application of systematic organizational development methods. The ideal candidate will provide advice on change management and facilitate action planning for improvement areas identified from employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply internal consulting methods to diagnose problems, identify solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Provide guidance on handling common change management issues.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, human resources, or business.
  • At least one year of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in a related field such as OD or HR.
  • Experience working in a retail environment.
