Strategic Growth Initiatives Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with educational institutions that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and develop tailored strategies to secure collaborations.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing your negotiation skills to drive results.
- Navigate the complexities of the education sector, building long-term relationships with universities and driving growth opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of success in closing large deals. They should be familiar with the academic ecosystem and have a deep understanding of the sector's nuances.
