This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere.

Job Summary:
  • Provide administrative support to the Insurance team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting organization.
  • Assist with insurance documentation, such as policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and claims forms.
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or mail.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Track and coordinate insurance policy renewals and cancellations.
  • Support insurance claims processing and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare insurance-related reports and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and addressing inquiries.
  • Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and databases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling insurance documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
