A US-based insurance firm is seeking an experienced professional to support their Insurance team in day-to-day operations.
This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere.
Job Description:- Provide administrative support to the Insurance team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting organization.
- Assist with insurance documentation, such as policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and claims forms.
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders via phone, email, or mail.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Track and coordinate insurance policy renewals and cancellations.
- Support insurance claims processing and follow-up activities.
- Prepare insurance-related reports and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and databases.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling insurance documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
