Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Activation Agent to support our hosts in listing their properties on our platform.

This role is responsible for setting up units through the verification and activation process, ensuring every requirement is met so listings can go live smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property onboarding checklists to ensure timely completion of key milestones.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to resolve listing issues.
  • Meet or exceed targets for property activation speed and quality.
  • Verify that each listing meets our property quality standards.
  • Confirm all activation requirements are complete, including host lease documents and accurate listing details.
  • Support the overall property activation process.

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Eager to continuously learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a structured onboarding process.
