Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute experiential and community marketing activations, events, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, user growth, and engagement. Work closely with internal teams to ensure activations align with business goals, brand messaging, and campaign strategies. Manage logistics for events, roadshows, campus/community programs, and partner-led initiatives, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution. Build and nurture relationships with local communities, partners, influencers, and event organizers to strengthen the company's presence and reputation. Track and analyze activation performance, collect feedback from participants, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain organized records of activation calendars, budgets, reports, and marketing collaterals for accessibility and consistency. Support the Business Development and Partnerships team in delivering joint activations, co-branded events, and strategic collaborations. Provide administrative and operational support for the marketing team, including vendor coordination, budget requests, and approvals. Requirements Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital finance innovation. 3-5 years of experience in event management, activations, or experiential marketing, ideally in tech, fintech, or lifestyle industries. Highly organized with excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple initiatives with tight timelines. Confident communicator and relationship-builder; comfortable engaging with communities, partners, and event participants. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. Comfortable using data and feedback to evaluate activation success and inform future strategies.
