Job Overview

The Data Analyst, Forecasting plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions by developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing data, and delivering insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards regarding all areas of the business.
  • Report on performance across key metrics and regularly share business performance; play a key role in measuring performance for the company's business strategy.
  • Maintain consistent groomed business logic and metrics across reporting.
  • Develop product forecasts supporting the company's growing direct-to-consumer business using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
  • Proactively identify and investigate potential areas of opportunity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce/CPG/retail or other consumer product industries a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve problems.
