Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

This role focuses on using process mining and operational analytics to improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data engineering, Power Platform technologies, and Celonis or similar tools.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in evaluating process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis, ARIS, etc.).
  • Design and implement process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources and translate them into event logs.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
