Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality learning resources, activities, and assessments for various educational contexts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to co-design and create innovative learning experiences that align with client requirements and expectations.
  • Support the development of digital education technologies in curriculum design, including learning management systems, audio-visual media, and interactive content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience working in the education sector.
  • Experience in designing human-centred learning experiences by applying an understanding of learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and their relationship to educational technologies.
  • High-level problem-solving skills, adaptability, and innovation using a design thinking approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Critical evaluation and application of emerging learning technologies to enhance current teaching and learning practices.
