Lead UX Designer - Fulfillment and Omnichannel Expert

We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

This is a full-time role, working on a US shift in a Work from Home setup. We offer flexibility and scale without painful platform migrations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level. They will possess a proven track record of fostering an inclusive environment and collaborating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
  • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions, and present findings.
  • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
  • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
  • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
  • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
  • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.
