In this position, you will apply best practices in instructional design to create interactive and immersive learning experiences. Your expertise will ensure that learners stay engaged, motivated, and retain critical information.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive learning plans.
  • Design and implement innovative learning solutions that meet specific learning objectives.
  • Develop multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and audio-visual elements, to enhance learner engagement.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve learning materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in an e-learning environment.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
