Learning Experience Designer

We're seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design unit, you'll play a vital role in crafting engaging learning programs that drive results.

  • Create best-in-class learning experiences that meet the needs of learners in various roles.
  • Design and develop courses using adult learning theory and learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly design, develop, and publish engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online, and virtual modalities.
  • Identify best delivery methods for meeting learning objectives and adapt instructional materials created for one format to another when needed.
  • Author training material using authoring tools including Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, and other common tools.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Develop course content, including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Two+ years of experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to occasionally flex hours to collaborate with team members in other countries.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results.
