Job Title: Digital Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across multiple social media platforms, focusing on the construction and multifamily real estate industries.
  • Write and curate engaging, industry-specific content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with business objectives and goals.
  • Implement and maintain efficient workflows using Airtable or similar tools, ensuring seamless content planning and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices, continuously improving content ideas and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media for construction and/or multifamily real estate audiences.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement.
  • Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive mindset.
