Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting various operations tasks and ensuring seamless execution of business processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Host and facilitate monthly meetings to discuss progress and action items.
  • Send timely reminders for upcoming events and deadlines.
  • Prepare and update reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Generate insights and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct quarterly surveys to gauge team performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in operations, data analysis, or program coordination.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
