Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CTO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CTO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with teams
  • Organize meeting materials, draft agendas, and distribute documents
  • Manage communications for the CTO, drafting replies and prioritizing messages
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents for accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and internal communications
  • Support project management, track key projects, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities, and the CTO's workspace
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients) on behalf of the CTO
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant to a C-suite executive
  • Experience in routine office admin/secretary tasks, such as coordination, scheduling, and supporting the CTO
  • Proven experience managing calendars and organizing meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and promptly addressing the CTO's needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
