- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and internal communications
- Support project management, track key projects, and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities, and the CTO's workspace
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients) on behalf of the CTO
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant to a C-suite executive
- Experience in routine office admin/secretary tasks, such as coordination, scheduling, and supporting the CTO
- Proven experience managing calendars and organizing meetings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and promptly addressing the CTO's needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
