The Customer Service Representative role involves acting as a liaison between customers and the organization. Key responsibilities include providing product/service information, resolving customer issues, and managing large volumes of incoming calls.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Handle high call volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through effective communication.
  • Provide accurate and complete information using established methods/tools.
  • Meet or exceed client metric obligations.
  • Address customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Foster a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college education preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service for a voice account.
  • Able to understand different accents and communicate clearly with a neutral accent.
  • Excellent online communication skills, including spelling, grammar, tone, and professionalism.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
