Duties and Responsibilities
For Admissions:
Process admission requirements and late enrollment of pending students
Prepare and submit admissions and enrollment data reports as needed to the Vice-President for Finance (VPF), Basic Education Unit (BEU) Registrar, MC Nuvali Director/Principal, etc.
Monitor admissions email and official MCN Facebook account in answering inquiries and communicating with stakeholders
Handle admissions local number and mobile phone
Attend to walk-in inquiries
Work with Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO) as point person for the upcoming implementation of the following systems below. Attend meetings and submit testing reports and/or validation as needed.
a. Student Management System (CAMU)
b. Customer Relations Management System
c. Document Management System
Manage the abovementioned systems once operational.
Organize, prepare, lead, and facilitate the opening of admissions for SY under the new Student Management System.
Maintain and update monitoring files such as, but not limited to, admissions and enrollment
Coordinate with DepEd liaison/Student Records and Bureau of Immigration liaison/Office Management Associate in providing necessary information, data, and documents in compliance with expected deliverables at the start of, and within the school year.
For College Applications:
Prepare and process student documents needed for college applications, including Form 137, good moral certificates, recommendation letters, and academic records
Coordinate with teachers, guidance counselors, and administrators for required endorsements
Track document requests and monitor deadlines for submission/releasing
Respond to student and parent inquiries related to application documents
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all student records
Encode and update student data and document logs
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree (preferably in Office Administration, or a related field)
· At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in school records management, admissions, or administrative support
· Familiarity with college application processes and academic document requirements
· Experience handling confidential information and working with school systems
Competencies:
· Computer literate
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
· Professionalism and discretion in handling student records/personal information
· Clear communication and teamwork
· Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
