This role is focused on designing and implementing project management processes and workflows for remote teams.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solutions-driven professional with hands-on expertise in workflow automation tools like Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, and NetSuite.

Key responsibilities include building, managing, and optimizing project management processes and workflows, creating automation workflows, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying workflow solutions, and fostering strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in back-end operations, excellent English communication skills, and a data-driven approach to process improvement.
