This role is part of our revenue operations organization. As a Global App Commercial Desk Manager, you'll lead a team of specialists across three time zones, supporting high-touch enterprise sales teams and external marketplace vendors.

As a manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day activities and performance of your team. You'll work closely with our marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and implementing the App Commercial Desk strategy and vision
  2. Leading a team of App Desk Sales Specialists to achieve and exceed internal KPIs
  3. Serving as the point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners
  4. Developing and reporting on metrics to analyze internal efficiency
  5. Partnering with cross-functional teams to support the sales cycle
  6. Maintaining operational reporting and delivering executive updates
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including ad hoc formula creation
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools
  • Quoting, billing, and vendor management experience in a B2B or B2C setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve in complex situations
  • Demonstrable evidence of work accountability
  • Team player mindset
