Healthcare Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Healthcare Recruitment Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals for various US-based healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful placements and deliver excellent candidate experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work night shift/US time zones and maintain accurate recruitment databases.
