Key Performance Indicators

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging deep market analysis, pricing strategy optimization, and dynamic reporting. As a Revenue Analyst, you will:

  • Manage the revenue optimization process for assigned clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.
  • Analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR across property portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a natural aptitude for technology, and be able to work closely with clients to understand their markets and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include:

Revenue Growth Strategies
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance and market positioning for individual properties and portfolios.
Market Analysis and Reporting
  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in pricing strategies, rules, and analytics.
  • Natural aptitude for learning new software platforms and technology.

This role requires a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Revenue Analyst with experience in the Pricelabs platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical instincts, a natural aptitude for technology, and be able to work closely with clients to understand their markets and identify opportunities for growth.
