B2B Marketing Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and updating sales collateral, maintaining asset libraries, and optimizing websites and landing pages.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They must have proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, as well as experience with CRM/email platforms and AI tools for copywriting and design.

The B2B Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop seasonal packages, track competitor marketing, and provide monthly trend reports. They will also be responsible for coordinating social media content and monitoring campaign performance.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or design, preferably in the hospitality/events industry
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with CRM/email platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
  • Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
