Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. GTM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  3. Customer Segmentation: Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  4. Sales Enablement: Create and enhance sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers).
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  6. Demand Generation: Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  7. KPI Management: Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
