We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email
  • Conduct customer health checks and capture the Voice of the Customer
  • Build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Success experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
  • Experienced in onboarding new clients or product users (Doing demos and presentations)
  • Experienced in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews.
  • Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
  • Preferably with experience in handling retention/renewals motion, but not required
