Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date intake information in the firm's case management systems.
- Apply coding standards to classify and organize case data for seamless reference.
- Regularly review and audit records to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm protocols.
- Ensure electronic files are organized and easily accessible for all team members.
- Communicate effectively with intake and case management teams to clarify missing or unclear information.
- Protect confidential client data while working closely with attorneys and case managers to support their needs.
- Generate intake reports and extract relevant data to drive business decisions.
- Identify process improvements that enhance data accuracy, speed, and reliability.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, coding, or intake coordination.
- Proven ability to work efficiently with databases, spreadsheets, or case management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A reliable internet connection with a tested backup option.
- Full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage.
