Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and collecting annual reports, interims, prospectuses, press releases, and news from stock exchanges and corporate websites, mailings, and contractual arrangements with local suppliers to ensure the most complete and timely offering available in the market.

This role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills to maintain coverage lists and relevant statistical information concerning intake and reporting periods, backlogs, timeliness, etc.

Main Responsibilities

  • Timely sourcing of listed and/or private company financial reports and other documents to ensure complete coverage.
  • Maintain coverage lists and relevant statistical information concerning intake and reporting periods, backlogs, timeliness, etc.
  • Identify and recommend new sources to the content development group.
  • Support clients on document queries.
  • Provide support to fundamentals operations and other content teams in ensuring availability of reports for updates at all times.
  • Perform various other duties as required and requested by management.
