Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers and can provide exceptional service. As a skilled intake specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering information, and entering data into our case management system.
Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls and gathering relevant information from clients.
- Gathering details about plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine claim validity.
- Entering all details into the case management system and creating leads for account executives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a customer service representative in a BPO environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules.
- Attention to detail and strong typing skills (40 WPM).
- Strong time management and adaptability.
- Excellent customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
