
Programmatic Campaign Manager

The Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from campaign planning to execution. This involves decoding briefs, setting up deals, managing tech stack components (tags, pixels, SSP/DSP integrations), and optimizing performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities- Deal Setup & Audience Build
- Build audience segments in an ad platform based on client specifications
- Automatically generate PMP deal IDs
- Curate inventory packages aligned with target segments
- Technical Configuration & QA
- Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs
- Conduct campaign QA and secure internal sign-off
- Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP)
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds
- Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor setup errors
- Troubleshoot issues across various DSPs and SSPs
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor live campaign metrics and produce reports
- Adjust bids, caps, and inventory to optimize performance
- Margin Management
- Track campaign margins and propose optimizations to protect profitability
- Client Support & Escalations
- Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues
- Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
- Research and document new techniques
- Share best practices and train peers
- 5+ years in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading
- Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
- Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and QA processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the ecosystem
- Commercial acumen for balancing performance and margin
- Excellent communication skills for technical translation
