About the Role

This is a remote position that oversees the demand-side platform to enhance digital advertising performance. As a key member of our organization, you will strategize and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for effective advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create operational frameworks and lead a team for seamless operations and strategic goals.
  • Manage daily DSP operations for optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns across channels.
  • Drive data-driven strategies to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
  • Analyze critical performance indicators and make timely adjustments as needed.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track audience behavior, conversion rates, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned campaign objectives and strategies.
  • Nurture relationships with media agencies and ad tech vendors.
  • Optimize budgets for cost efficiency and performance goals.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and reports to track spending and ROI.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and programmatic buying.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or a related role with DSP management focus.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and programmatic buying strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaboration capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.
