Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Field Risk Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to our field activities.

Working closely with sales teams, operations, and compliance departments, your primary objective will be to ensure risk control, fraud prevention, and adherence to company policies while supporting business growth.

Field work involves conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will identify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activities and investigate incidents of misconduct or non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activities.
  • Investigate and report incidents of misconduct or non-compliance in the field.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the onboarding and training of field staff on risk awareness and control procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in risk management, audit, or compliance preferably in finance or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, often in field environments.
