Payroll Billing Specialist Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage critical payroll and billing processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process time worked for temporary workers, ensuring accurate data entry into payroll and billing software.
  2. Assist with creating and distributing customer invoices and reports.
  3. Compile, verify, and review data from multiple sources for accuracy.
  4. Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, provide updates to management, and communicate effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll, billing, or accounting roles.
  • Experience in staffing or temporary labor industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations preferred.
  • Proficiency in payroll and billing software, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with time-tracking systems and accounting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
