Job Overview

The Payroll Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing payroll teams across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be accountable for aligning processes with business strategies and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and compliance.

This senior-level position requires a high degree of expertise in payroll management, including experience with global payroll laws and regulations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and lead a team of payroll professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accurate and timely multi-country payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with international payroll/tax laws; update processes as rules change
  • Align payroll with financial planning; coordinate life events and timelines
  • Lead and develop the payroll team; implement secure and compliant systems
  • Resolve payroll inquiries quickly; enforce controls to reduce risk and fraud
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for leaders; partner with auditors and vendors
Requirements:
  • At least seven years of experience in payroll management
  • At least one year of experience leading payroll staff or a related field
  • Experience in Ceridian Dayforce and global payroll management
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll laws and compliance
  • Ability to adapt to payroll systems/technologies; implement efficient solutions
  • Preparation of reports, analysis of data, and maintenance of compliance documentation
