Sales and Customer Engagement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Engagement Expert to join our sales team at LeadAdvisors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve and exceed targets, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various sources.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
- Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales deals.
- CRM Management: Record and manage customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Market Feedback: Provide insights on customer needs and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience: Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Closing Sales: Must be capable of navigating calls professionally with a strong emphasis on closing sales ethically and effectively.
- Sales Skills: Strong listening and sales skills.
- Target Achievement: Ability to achieve targets.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
