As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and developing manual and automation test tools, methodologies, and scripts to execute end-to-end testing.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. Your expertise in automated testing tools, such as Playwright, Selenium, Java, Maven, and Postman, will be highly valued. You will also have the opportunity to work with REST and SOAP web services, API testing, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.

We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer who can:

  • Create test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for automated and manual testing.
  • Develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.
  • Contribute to implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, and incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.
  • Plan budget and labor needs for each sprint and product release.
  • Work in a dedicated squad team and drive product quality.
  • Ensure all assigned testing deliverables timelines are met within the sprint and product release.
  • Create and communicate test reports for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with business users, analysts, and engineers to resolve defects.
  • Maintain awareness of external environments and trends in testing to improve processes and assets.
  • Promote productivity through test automation tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Coach and train other team members on manual and automated testing.
  • Adapt to new ways of working, find ways to continually improve, and participate in squad events.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of software testing experience (manual and automation).
  • Experience with automated testing tool Playwright.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating, and test coverage.
  • Experience working with external parties and vendors.
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth.
  • Experience with Selenium, Java, Maven, and Postman.
  • Demonstrated skills with REST and SOAP web services and API testing.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution.
  • Experience testing web, mobile, and windows applications.
  • Ability to work across multiple products, platforms, and squads.
