As a seasoned program manager, you will be responsible for leading internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple teams. Your primary goal will be to coordinate and drive execution for cross-team initiatives that require tight collaboration.

You will work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers. To ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed, you will establish lightweight processes and rituals.

Actively utilizing AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts is essential. You will serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Additionally, you will help identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management. Facilitating retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution is crucial.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to improve workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
