We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Associate, QA Tester. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within, focusing on automation and functional testing. You will drive projects with end-to-end quality assurance responsibilities, creating and managing test cases, and developing automation frameworks to support globally used applications.

• Design and execute test plans on computer applications
• Perform functional test, regression test, performance test, automated test on computer applications
• Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications
• Document anomalies and issues in Agile Central
• Review and analyze completeness of business requirements
• Build and maintain acceptance criteria for the user stories based on requirements
• Resolve that system being tested meets the functional and technical requirements
• Implement test cases, manually or by use of automation tools
• Verify applications can run together in a coordinated system environment in a collaborative manner
• Prepare test data, simulating real data

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in Quality Assurance capacity or equivalent position with an emphasis on application system testing
• Experience working in an Agile environment / methodology
• Relevant industry experience in manual functional testing of highly sophisticated systems composed of multiple coordinated applications
• Relevant experience in application system testing under the development environment using ASP.Net, SQL; RDBM experience in MS SQL and XML
• Working understanding of different SDLC models
• Capable of working thru vague specifications and coordinating with relevant partners to acquire transparency on requirements
• Capability to optimally relate how technology fits into business operations and/or strategy
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Background in automation testing with the ability to write test scripts
• Proven software testing foundations (test case design, test execution, bug investigation, bug tracking), and other test methodologies
• Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills with a background in technical communications
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships
